Pipeline list
You can view all pipelines on the Workflow > Pipelines page available from the left sidebar menu.
Veți vedea aceste titluri de coloană:
- Name: the name of the pipeline
- Available to: the team members who have access to this pipeline
- Recurring jobs: the number of job recurrences set up for this pipeline
- Active jobs: the number of currently active jobs in this pipeline
- Archived jobs: the number of archived jobs in this pipeline
To sort the list of pipelines by name, click on the up-down arrow next to the Name column header.
Customize pipeline list
On the Workflow > Pipelines page, you can customize your pipeline list in several ways. This is especially helpful if you have many pipelines and want to keep them well organized.
- You can resize, enable, disable, and move columns to your liking.
- Puteți personaliza dimensiunea fiecărei coloane. Pentru a face acest lucru, faceți clic și țineți apăsat pe separatorul dintre numele coloanelor și redimensionați-l prin deplasarea mouse-ului.
To modify the columns you want to be displayed in the pipeline list, click the gear icon at the top right.
You can enable, disable or move any columns you want, except for the Name column.
After clicking Apply, the table will be rebuilt with new columns. Clicking Reset will display all columns.
Conducte de acces
Pipelines are available for a firm owner, admin and team members with the pipeline access. Learn more on granting pipeline access and managing job assignees .
You can view pipelines for a single client account or for all accounts. You can also see pipelines with job recurrences.
- For all client accounts: Go to Workflow > Pipelines from the left sidebar, then select the pipeline. To switch to a different pipeline, click the drop-down arrow next to the pipeline name and select it from the list.
- For one client account: Go to Clients > Accounts from the left menu bar, click on the account name, then select the Workflow tab. You’ll see all the pipelines with jobs for that client account and the progress made. Once a job has been completed and archived or deleted, it’s no longer visible. However, if the pipeline has no active jobs but the recurrence is set for that account, the pipeline will still be displayed on this page.
- Pipelines with job recurrences: Navigate to Workflow > Job recurrences from the left sidebar to view and access pipelines that contain jobs with recurrences .
Lucrați cu locuri de muncă în cadrul conductelor
Once you’ve accessed the pipeline, you can either add new jobs to it by clicking Add Job or work with the existing ones.
Iată ce puteți face din vizualizarea kanban a pipeline-ului dumneavoastră:
-
Filter job list to display only the ones with specified parameters.
-
Sort job list to display jobs in a specific order.
-
Review essential info on a job card, such as the due date or number of actions needed to proceed with moving the job to another stage.
-
-
Move job to another stage or the other pipeline.
-
Archive or delete jobs, either individually or in bulk .
Sfat
Deleting jobs after the final stage is not recommended. Related entities (documents, notes, tasks, etc.) will not be deleted but will not be accessible from the deleted job card page. We recommend archiving jobs instead.Collapse stages
If you have a large pipeline with many stages, it can be difficult to focus on the stages relevant to your work. You can collapse stages to reduce visual clutter and improve navigation, especially if:
- You work with only certain stages and don’t need to see all of them.
- You have a large team where different members work on different parts of the workflow.
- Your pipeline is too large to fit on one screen, making it hard to get an overview.
Collapsing stages helps you focus on what matters most by hiding stages you don’t need to see at the moment.
To collapse a stage:
-
Go to Workflow > Pipelines from the left sidebar menu and select a pipeline.
-
Click the collapse icon
next to the name of the stage you want to hide.
The stage will be collapsed, showing only its name and the number of jobs it contains. To expand it again, click the expand icon
.
Notă
Your collapsed/expanded stage preferences are saved for each pipeline and will persist when you return to it.Vizualizați ce conturi au locuri de muncă în curs de desfășurare
