By default, your clients always receive a reply from the person they wrote to. However, you may sometimes want your team members to respond to your emails. To do this, you don’t need to give them access to your email or TaxDome account—which would be unsafe—just to allow them to send emails on your behalf.
To set this up:

Go to the Email integration section, and toggle on Allow others to send from my email.
Notă
